When the doctor I was seeing left the practice, I was switched to Ellen Nathanson, which was fine. She seemed nice and knowledgable when we had our first appt. But in the last 1.5 years, she repeatedly made mistakes with my prescriptions, often writing out the wrong dosage or taking a long time to authorize refills. It got so bad that I got sick twice from going 24–72 hours without taking a daily medication, despite the pharmacy and myself reaching out to her to get the rx refill authorized. I'm switching doctors ASAP. I don't know if she's overworked or what, but leaving patients in the lurch like that seems really unprofessional to me.
