I had a full term stillbirth and my subsequent pregnancy was nerve wracking. Ellen was flippant when she couldn’t find the baby’s heartbeat and wouldn’t give an order for an ultrasound because I already had one scheduled on that Friday. After I started to cry and panic, she left the room and didn’t return. Instead, she sent the medical assistant back and forth to relay information. At that time, the office called following the appointment to schedule the next appointment and I never heard from her or the office ever again.
