While I thought Emily was great, her office billed me incorrectly and lied to me. I went into her office for my annual and I was called with the results and they told me the test results were not clear and that I had to come in again for another test. I specifically asked the nurse that called me and Emily if I would get charged for this second visit. They both said no because the first results didn’t give a correct answer. So I went in a second time and a week later received a bill in the mail. I spent two weeks back and forth trying to get an explanation for why I was being charged and the manager gave me some ridiculous excuse. So now I’m left with a bill for an appointment I would not have come to if I weren’t lied to about having to pay for another! Greedy experience with people that don’t actually care about their patients but rather about making money.
