I have been seeing this provider for a little over a year, always has been friendly, cheerful attitude, explantory, easy to understand and explained if you did not understand, was clear and concise on what the plan was. I had not seen her since December and had to see her this week in an unplanned visit, something was off. Not sure what is going on in the office but she and her nurse both were just not their normal selves. Felt rushed, flat, not warm in any way, very little explanation, and no instructions on what would come next. She made a comment as she was closing the door "I hate....." I have no idea what she hates but this was not my usual experience with this provider. She has always been so different in a GREAT WAY as has her nurse. I hope this was a one off. Felt very discounted which has not been my typical experience.
