Emma Argo, CFNP

I did not have a good experience with Emma. She did not take the time to understand my concerns. She jumped to the wrong conclusion which she documented in my chart. I found her to be rude and condescending. She blamed the scheduler for giving me an incorrect option for a later appt but refused to explain this herself and refused to see me entirely. She had indicated that she would talk to me about hormones for perimenopause at this appt, and then refused this as well stating that I actually need to talk to one of the doctors regarding hormones (as shared by the scheduler, not Emma herself). I was then marked as a no show to this appt rather than the appt being correctly documented.
