I wish I had read his other reviews or talked to local people before choosing this psychologist. He was randomly assigned through a Tricare referral.During therapy, he offered very little feedback or engagement. He made me feel like I was talking to a wall. When I finally decided I’d had enough, I asked my insurance to switch providers. Naturally, they wanted to know why. I told them I felt more heard talking to my cats—at least they meow back. The lady on the phone cracked up.Thankfully, I ended up finding a new therapist who came highly recommended and has made a real difference.
