Erica is extremely competent and professional. She is a great listener who provides excellent insight, encouragement, challenges (when necessary), and empathy. I always feel like she is "right with me" and "gets" me. She is respectful and tactful, yet does not shy away from saying hard (but helpful) things to help me grow/change. I look forward to every session. I have certainly made many positive changes as a result of her guidance and encouragement.
