I've seen Erica Ormeno for the past 5 years and it's been great service. Up until the last year has it gone down hill. I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and was given poor help with how to deal with it. I've been trying to get a refill on my birth control and twice received issues getting a refill. I was told by staff to just go to an ob. I feel very pushed out from this office with terrible service for what should be fairly straight forward refill. I was sad this turned into a bad experience for seeing her for 5 years.
