From previous experience with Ms. Smith, it behooves everyone who is a former, current or upcoming patient of hers to hear some perspective. I was Ms. Smith’s patient for six years. Please do not confuse Ms. Smith’s wealth of knowledge, experience, professionalism or care for her patients with whatever facility at which she is employed. Ms. Smith sometimes has to be very direct with her patients, and that is due to all of her qualities/qualifications mentioned above. If you have a loved one in need of care, regardless of your economic status, Ms. Smith is the real deal. I’d much rather have a bit of friction with a practitioner, as long as their motives, methods and practices are genuine, than I would have myself, a loved one or anyone in need of an excellent practitioner skip out on her treatment methods because of bad reviews and temporary frictions. As the younger folks say: she’s in it to win it.
