Fay was my PT for over two years. I had severe back pain, knee pain and hip pain. Thanks to Fay, I am no longer wearing a knee brace, and I am able to manage my joint pain without taking any medication. Fay always challenged and inspired me to work harder. Every session was tough, but very gratifying, and I could feel the improvement in my body after each appointment. Fay has helped me to establish healthy exercise habits and get into a routine of regular workouts to strengthen my muscles and live a healthier and happier life.
