5 Star Rating for 5 Star Service! I was cheerfully greeted upon entering by 'Olive' who has a great smile & personality to match. The office was clean, well maintained, very modern with up-to-date equipment & technology. My appt. was for 10:30 - I was seen within 10 minutes by the tech who did my preliminary exam and then by a superb doctor who graciously introduced himself as Dr. Stevens. Dr. Stevens was very thorough, knowledgeable and he demonstrated compassion & care for his craft. He took his time with me - I never felt rushed or harried. He patiently and carefully answered all of my questions in language that I could understand. You can tell Dr. Stevens sincerely cares about his patients. What a great doctor! BNC also offers a wide selection of frames for every budget. I have zero complaints - just praises. I highly recommend BNC Eye Care Group for all of you & your family's eye care needs/services.
