Fred and I recently ended therapy sessions after meeting regularly for 6-7 months. Working with Fred was a delightful experience, and I can't recommend him enough! I came to therapy for general unhappiness and anxiety with my career, and Fred was able to help me find my best work and really come into 2024 strong. Thank you so much!
