Dr. Moses has been my eye care doctor for 20 years. He is a good doctor, but seems to only work now part time. His staff is not helpful and efficient in their duties. I called on a Monday morning, for what was an eye care emergency, I had to call several times and left messages with no return calls. I finally was able to get someone on the line and was told he wasn't in and didn't have time available until that Friday, I was told if a time opened up on Wednesday she would give me a call. On Friday I called before I left and was told I had no appointment at all. Good thing I didn't drive the 25 miles to Hoover for my appointment. I was told nothing was available until the following Friday. No one seemed to be concerned that I had an eye issue and this was NOT just a routine eye exam. A friend told me about the McCalla Eye Clinic, I called them and they worked me in that day and were very helpful and kind. This will now be my new eye doctor and is really closer to my home.
