Frederick Verdonik, PhD

My 8 year old son was referred by his teacher to have an evaluation. He saw his pediatrician at the end of February, and the referral was made to Dr. Verdonik. After 1 month, Dr. Verdonik never followed up, the pediatrician recommend I call. The first available intake appointment was 4/23. At that appointment, my son met Dr. Verdonik for the only time. Two months passed before his evaluation could be completed at the end of June. He met with an evaluator, not a Dr. Verdonik, and received a diagnosis. We were told to follow up with the pediatrician with the written evaluation in 3 weeks. 1 month passed and still no written evaluation, I was told it would be completed ASAP. 1 more month passed, and the evaluator had not completed the written evaluation. In 6 1/2 months, with only briefly meeting Dr. Verdonik , my son still does not have a written evaluation and Dr. Verdonik and his office have been completely deficient in meeting the needs of my son.
