Dr. G A Jason Simpson, Psy.D

My visit was an evaluation for Social Security Disability. He was a little late for our appointment, but that never surprises me with any kind of doctor. His purpose was to determine for Social Security whether I was psychologically disabled. We spent quite a bit of time, and he asked essentially a list of provided questions and didn't veer far off course. Since everyone gets asked all of these questions, I don't quite understand how people can make the judgments about his fitness for his role. He is not there to give you a positive recommendation. He is there to evaluate. I have no idea what his report about me contained. He gave no indication. I also have physical disabilities and receive disability. It's not something I sought, but I am incapable of working or I would be working.
