Beware, I am being billed for service for this Dr. Fro. FRISBEE MEMORIAL HOSPITAL. I have never been to FRISBEE. I have only been seen at gilfird office and paid my co pay. I was told that I was covered by my insurance and co pay was all I was responsible for. I have had cortisone shots in the gilford office, and they have always been covered. Why is this happening.
