I didn't choose Gisella but my previous previous physician left the practice and she is the physician they handed me off too. I went to see her about getting a prescription refill and she was rude and condescending to say the least. I left her office in tears. I suffer with anxiety and being she was not the doctor that prescribed the anxiety medication she could not have been ruder to me. When she noticed that I was crying she clearly knee she had been rude as she started explaining how she needed to ask questions. I completely understand asking questions. However, there is a tone that is appropriate when doing so and she 100% had a negative tone. I will never see her again and if she wasn't leaving the practice I would find another practice to take care of myself and my family. Completely inappropriate way to deal with a patient. Kindness goes a long way and she offered me none until I wa sobbing in her office due to the way she spoke to me. Terrible bedside manner. Good luck to her.
