Horrible! As a three time cancer survivor I went to her for an annual physical that had quite a bit of paperwork involved. I brought her the paperwork she completed last time. I have ZERO ongoing medical conditions (cancer being treated by oncologist). She was rude, didn’t want to do any annual bloodwork, which hadn’t been done since 2021. My health was a complete inconvenience for her. I actually left the doctors in tears. I will NEVER see her again.

My doctor recently left the practice and I was passed onto Gretchen Banker. The first experience with her should have been the last one. Unfortunately I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. Her professionalism lacked compassion completely. I see the Dr 3 times a month to have prescription refilled. She choose to let me go without refilling my prescribe almost two months because I had not met her, but I had been a patient of this practice for over 10 years. During my first visit she asked me “Did I get a diagnosis to have the prescription“. I explained to her yes I had and told her when. She didn’t even respond and just kept staring at the computer screen. I came back again for my appointment to get my prescription, but I can’t even get it refilled for another30 days even though I am already out of my prescription which she knew. I never had this problem before and all the 10 years that I have been coming to this doctors office until I saw her. I don’t recommend her.
