Gretchen works with me regarding my insurance, medication, and telehealth needs. She's much more more knowledgeable and asks many more questions than any med provider that I've had in the last 20 years. Plus, she gives me extra information that I need (but didn't know to ask for) i.e. 'the manufacturer of your prescription has X coupon or X program that will lower your cost', etc. I really feel like my well-being is of the utmost importance with her.
