Gretchen diagnosed a spot on my face as an actinic keratosis and froze it HARD - down through all the layers of skin; a strange bump s as a new mole, and another dark spot that kept spreading as an age spot. Later a dermatologist in Seattle biopsied the spot on my face (through lots of scar tissue) and found it was a mole. The "mole" and the "age spot" turned out to be seborrheic keratoses. Gretchen said I couldn't treat my toenail fungus with vinegar soaks and tea tree oil. I did; it's gone.
