Dr Kupfer is very thorough, will not rush you, answers all you questions She does not work for a hearing aid company so she is unbiased when suggesting a particular hearing aid, The office is clean with all necessary equipment, parking spot is usually available, handicap accessible Dr Kupfer is knowledgeable about ins claims and will go out of her way to check all possibilities to get you the best insurance refund on your tx and hearing aids
