I have two major issues with her for my most recent annual wellness visit:1. She failed to fill several prescriptions we discussed during my visit, and2. I was billed for this visit despite it being a preventive care visit.According to both my pharmacist and my insurance provider, both of these issues were caused by her failing to provide required information about my visit.Furthermore, she left the practice before resolving either of these issues. Ultimately, I had to see another provider to get my prescriptions filled, and I have spent several fruitless weeks trying to get her office to fix the billing error she caused. I’ve had annual wellness visits at many different providers over the years, but I’ve never received such unprofessional and disrespectful service.If you are an adventurous type open to having routine wellness visits become a complicated mess, then look no further than this provider.
