Harold Ramsey, PMHNP

I have been going to Family Practices and Associates for close to a decade. Dr. Cozzens is a much better psychiatrist than Dr. Ramsey, who never appears interested, asks the same questions every visit, only prescribes the medication I require for 3 months even though I am paying out of pocket per costly visit, and doesn't keep accurate notes, let alone remember the details of who I am and what my issues are (despite seeing him for years). Worst of all, he will live you in the waiting room for no less than 20 minutes each and every time. One time I waited for 45 minutes with barely so much as an apology. This is no way to treat your patients who are seeking your expertise and assistance with their mental health issues. It does not put them in a good head space going in to your office when you have just spent the last half hour asking yourself why you are being made to wait so bloody long.
