I’ve been seeing Dr. Hayley Robbins, PT, DPT, over the past few weeks for treatment of diastasis recti following my third pregnancy, and the experience has been exceptional. From the outset, she has been an attentive and thoughtful listener, consistently tailoring each session to how I’m feeling that day. She has the ability to create an environment that is not only supportive and comfortable, but genuinely enjoyable—something I did not expect from physical therapy. I was initially skeptical of pelvic physical therapy, but I noticed improvement after just one session. I have learned so much during my time with Dr. Robbins. Rather than focusing solely on the diastasis, she evaluates and treats the surrounding muscles to ensure proper overall function and long-term recovery. Above all, she is an absolute pleasure to work with.
