Heather was judgmental and dismissive. She reacted poorly when I asked questions about my treatment plan and prescriptions, treating me as if I were a bother—even though I was simply advocating for my own care. Her condescending attitude made it clear she viewed herself as superior to her patients rather than as a provider meant to support them. She often acted as though working was an inconvenience, and she seemed more interested in talking about herself than listening to me. She repeatedly dismissed my feelings, thoughts, and questions as if they were unfounded, showing a complete lack of compassion. Her unkindness and holier-than-thou attitude made for an unhelpful and frustrating experience. I do not recommend.
