Late is not ok. My time is just as valuable as yours. Text message to cancel an anticipated visit is also the RUDEST form of ignorance I've ever encountered. If you want to see someone who cares about your medical matters, DO NOT accept an appointment with Jacquelin Joffray This practitioner is not at all accommodating for the profession she is in. Psychiatry deals with MENTAL health.
