Well, iv had my first appt a week or so ago. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great front counter service. Dr Bitz is a very nice,concered,explainable, the time he spends w u is amazing. No rushing out of my room. All the girls, xray tech, appointment lady at front counter. Super nice and understanding. It doesn't take long to be in a room. They are all so nice and caring. I havent met the surgeon yet, but if his staff is as good as I say, he will be amazing. J.Bitz is a very good person and assistant. Thank u dr. And staff for making my transition from old orthopedic dr. To this wonderful office. I thank u and cannot wait for my surgery.
