Dr. James Blasco, OD

The eye exam was not with him, though I was told he owns the Ankeny office. The dr. was fantastic. I purchased glasses from them and paid for most of it upfront. When I went to get them, one side was too blurry to read from. I was told I had to take the glasses home and use them for 2 weeks before they could fix whatever problem there was with them. I couldn't wear them, so I didn't pay the remaining balance of $40.00. Finally, quite a while later they put my old lenses back into my old frames and gave them back and sent me a bill for the glasses I wouldn't take. I put complaints into 2 places and still have that bill and nothing has been resolved about the money paid.
