Jim has been a force of a lot of growth in my life. I’m pretty sick. And he listens closely, makes connections I can’t see, and challenges me. I joke that I have a little “Jim voice” that pops into my head when I’m walking around, ruminating. I would recommend if you want to make changes, and aren’t afraid of a little tough feedback.
