Jamie Barton and the staff are not willing to work with anyone, you have to work for them. If you need life saving medication, they will give it to you maybe in a couple months or simply tell you to go to the ER. She refused to give me eye drops for pink eye without an appointment because "I thought you might have shingles due to your age" I'm only 32 years old and I really don't think Pink Eye is a symptom of shingles...To me that is an excuse because I have spoken to the manager (yes like a karen, I don't care). Because of Ms. Barton's actions, I suffered 2x longer and the pink eye spread back to my children again so we had to go through it two times. Now I'm out of my adhd medication and the pharmacies are not giving me my medication and Jamie is not sending my script in a timely manner. Now I'm sick and unstable with 4 children to care for. Tell me how this is quality care? The office manager did contact me and apologized for everything, but that doesn't get me my medications.
