Wrong prescription and wrong diagnosis! She gave me completely wrong prescription. I went back to check after checking with the store that dud my prescription. . She insisted that the error was minor and that she had told me to not use my prescription. I had clearly stated that I needed to have my right eye completely corrected as she said she could not correct my left eye - as she diagnosed cataract- and I drive long hours and many of them at night. Fast forward , I finally get to the appointment with a surgeon to remove the cataract but the surgeon said that my issue was to get the right prescription for astigmatism. The surgeon said that I had very minor beginning of cataract - irrelevant at this point- and absolutely not to have surgery. Completely wrong prescription and completely wrong diagnosis. The absurdity to keep receiving requests from Northwell for a co-pay despite my several requests to remove really pushed me to finally leave this review. Disregarded my complaint with arrogance. And had the audacity to send a claim to my insurance for the second visit where it b
