Both Jana and Sara are in a habit of over-promising with some doubt and ambiguity then taking it away while throwing other Doctors under the bus (and making fun of them). I've never met two individuals so defensive with so many excuses, let alone doctors. I will spare specific details, but have a litany of flip flops, and scare tactics. Just stay away.
