Rushed through the eye exam and skipped the contact lens exam I paid extra for. She was angry and dismissive because I pointed that out. I have very basic insurance so I didn’t bring the big dollars she was hoping for and her attitude toward me was that I was a burden and that even allowing me to be there was some gracious act of kindness. I never had a moment of trouble with her husband and saw him for years. That’s when I had better insurance and the cash to pay for expensive extras. First time with her was the first time we ever met and I felt like she had a personal grudge against me. I wouldn’t go back there now if it was all free.
