Avoid!! She charged me a fee for canceling an appointment however I never canceled the appointment. I asked if I could reschedule six minutes after the 24 hour deadline per her cancellation policy. She told me that she couldn’t reschedule without charging me so I told her I’d keep my appointment but she had already given it away and then she charged me anyway. Then when I tried to switch practitioners, she refused to send my paperwork. So now my doctor has no record of the medication I was prescribed by Dr. Goodman.
