The office assistant is not very responsive. Ms. Trent doesn't give you many options for the best devices or explain the full capabilities of the device. It appears like a scam almost, she told me that I could only get batteries and hearing adjustment through her. The devices have software where you can make your own adjustments and the batteries for all devices can be brought on Amazon. DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST PLEASE.
