My husband, who was Dr. Diamond's patient and has Parkinson's and had triple bypass, replaced ascending aorta and valve 2 weeks ago, needed an eye examination for a while. Plus his glasses were broke. They were closed til recently due to Covid 19. They are aware of his disabilities. I am also disabled. It took me a while to get him dressed and out. Then we encountered a minor accident. We were 12 min late and we were greeted by a rude receptionist who said we have reschedule. When I went to explain, I was interrupted...My poor, humble, sick husband was so embarrassed in front of alot of people. No courtesy. When we got in the car he said, "well I guess this place isn't so great afterall". They owe us an apology. I'm sure we won't get one. She took joy in turning us away. Covid 19 has brought the worst out in some people..this is a hateful person. Which speaks volumes about how this practice is run. CINDY ELKO
