Dr Albin has a direct approach of helping you face your fears head on and helps you retrain your thinking to a healthier way of living. She is a God send to me and my friends who saw her. She has the ability to dig deep and get to the point of the problem and face it. Absolutely love the EMDR. I now will be in situations that once threw me that now I can breathe and get through with less angst. She saved me from some bad choices.
