I was really disappointed with Jeanne. She is very rigid in her views and her methods seem to be very antiquated. Therapy is supposed to be a safe place, yet I constantly felt like I was being judged by Jeanne. It also felt like she was not listening to me. She also appears to get confused easily - so much so that I often wondered if she's experiencing dementia.
