I thought I had found a great doctor until I started actually going to her for care, or I should say the lack of care. Not only did she ignore serious issues, but her staff made it all seem like a joke to them, and it couldn't have been farther from that. My pulse rate and bp were out of control, spiking and plummeting, and when I tried to get her nurse, that was absolutely evil to hear my serious concerns she continued to elevate them even more. I had a slew of other issues where specialists were needed at their recommendation but the office refused to their jobs and sent me home with homework every visit to find all the specialists that they then only would do half the work on resulting in a lot of wasted money and time and I never got the appointments needed. In the end, I had to do televisists with other drs for meds until I could get in with a new pcp and start the whole process over. As a direct result wiyh her office I made just under 200 calls in a matter of 3 months for issues they caused and me doing their jobs. It's crazy with the new pcp they took care of it all, and in less than 2 weeks, I was in with the specialists. Huge difference, and with Rackhams office, a huge waste of my time and money for nothing. I would never recommend this office or doctor to anyone based on the poor care and terrible repeated experiences I unfortunately had to go through. I did voice my issues and difficulties with her staff at the beginning, and her only response was It's hard to find good help and she let it continue. They were extremely unprofessional, and I do not believe they helped at all they only caused more harm, which is the opposite of what they are there for. There is so much more that I could say but I am not wasting anymore of my time or energy on this poorly ran office it is in your best interest to find a different doctor I am confident they will continue this theme with anyone and everyone.
