Dr. Jed Hillmer, OD

Dr. Hilmer's receptionist is helpful & kind, able to schedule & reschedule when we need to. Dr. Himer was thorough in both the exam and for the Q&A I put him through (I had a LOT of questions). I got highly specialized prescriptions and relief from some eye-strain & migraines! The exam was wonderful experience.HOWEVER, trying to purchase there, the woman made a mistake & did not get me the right prescription. She then refused to admit she had made a mistake, despite me showing her the prescription and HER admission it was different than what she'd sent on to the lab. She then got wildlly defensive, started shouting, told me I was too close to her when I was at least 4 ft away, and told me I had to leave or she'd call the police, effectually stealing from me the nearly $300 dollars deposit that I had pre-paid, and NOT giving me refund nor frames. I just do not wish for anyone else to have to be misled and lose the kind of money I just did to this awful Karen.
