Unfortunately, the mental illness stigma among healthcare professionals is common Never have I experienced a worse bias than with Jency Jacobs. I have had a lifelong battle with depression and have been on anti-depressants for 25 years But I have never had the symptoms that prompted to to seek medical care with Jency Jacobs. Unfortunately, that was a MAJOR MISTAKE. She discounted all of my symptoms and billed the visit with a diagnosis of depression, completely ignoring my physical symptoms. At one point, she even rolled her eyes. I am a retired ICU nurse, but she couldn't even extend her professional courtesy to give me the benefit of the doubt. I'm with the other reviewer. Don't walk, RUN THE OTHER WAY. There are ZERO options of obtaining quality care from Jency Jacobs.
