The Dr. said she offered testing and my appointment with her was not the test assessment. It was a standard quiz for an intake appointment. I did express all of my concerns and why I was seeking assessment. The follow up appointment for the test was canceled and the Dr. stated it was due to my insurance saying "disenrolled 8/31", while the insurance card I provided stated effective date 9/1/2024. She sent me emails stating the information appeared the same in my insurance details. I emailed back the claim paid for my date of service with the Dr. meaning she does know my insurance is verified and valid. She knew I see specialists for Endo and Dermatology, and telling me my HMO was not active was really unprofessional cause for concern. I'm disappointed because I really liked her, but be prepared for her to gaslight you.
