Jennifer is always on time, patient and always honest even if the honesty is hard to hear. If the honesty is hard to hear it's delivered professionally and softly so I am able to hear it and be willing to listen without getting defensive. Our work is always collaborative and my favorite thing is working collaboratively every now and then as a human when we disagree Jennifer is willing to admit that she was wrong. She is human just like the rest of us and she is not afraid to change her approach if what she's currently doing isn't working. She makes sure that you are safe, and she knows how to read the room. She is very good at sensing your mood the second you sign into your session which helps guide how the session is going to be to protect your emotional safety and well-being.
