Jennifer was extremely aggressive and condescending from the get go. Any time I would explain my symptoms I was spoken over, and at one point told I was wrong about what I was describing. She refused to treat my sinus infection unless I had been dealing with it for 14 days, which in my experience, is unheard of. I am a certified medical assistant myself, and have extensive knowledge on illness, treatment, and what it means to have good bedside manner. Jennifer, while educated, didn't display that she did, nor did she treat me with respect, kindness, or compassion, as any healthcare professional should. I recommend seeking help or treatment elsewhere; and Jennifer should consider attending a patient care course. Steer clear.
