My experience with Dr. Tepper was subpar to say the least. I initially reached out to him for couples therapy and he did not know how to connect through video or zoom. My fiance and I spoke to him for some 40 minutes and he cut us off saying we were over his time and he had to go without leaving us any feedback, resources or anything to take away from the session. After calling back for an individual session, he decided to take personal phone calls twice in the middle of our session and I almost begged for some take away or feedback to work on after he asked and listened to me interrupted. He left me with nothing, said he had to go and hung up the call on me. I am very disappointed as a person who is paying for his services.
