Decades ago, I sustained a series of injuries to my right shoulder that left it with chronic bursitis. Among other things, this limited my ability to swim the crawl stroke for extended distances without causing inflammation that, on occasion. immobilized the shoulder for several days. The last time this happened, I went to Jill. Over several sessions, she worked on the shoulder. She also gave me a series of exercises that I did faithfully at home. I have continued to do so since then. That was at least five years ago. I have been swimming laps regularly for that entire five yeara and have had no problems at all with my shoulder
