When one goes through a patient doctor encounter with Jillian, you certainly can see clearly that the setting she enables is one of a relaxed atmosphere, a genial one. An expert listener, Dr. Joseph is interested in your story, your values - from the family you are proud of ... to, say, that garden you're planting for the very first time. Of course, when you speak of diet, exercise, medications you currently take, vaccinations you've received, she is getting 'the big picture' carefully stored away so that she can make the best decisions for your care. True - she IS a Physician Assistant, but time and time again I have seen her medical knowledge EXCEED that of MD's and DO's I have known myself !! Alas, when you add her positive outlook coupled with a knowing smile, you'll feel as if you're speaking to a family member - and a kindly one at that. The mantra of 'Careful is...as Careful does' - describes her to a ' T '. Friendly, personable AND capable is how I'd describe her. A plus !
