I came to Dr. DeRiggs about an issue I had. I explained everything that was going on, she dismissed me immediately, saying it was a food choice issue when it was literally the meds from the psychiatrist in the same office making feel so sick. If Dr. DeRiggs listened to me, I could have stopped feeling sick months before I actually saw a different doctor and SHE listened to me and helped. Dr. DeRiggs was so unprofessional, carrying on a conversation with the nurse like coworkers on break- IN THE MIDDLE OF MY EXAM. Dr. DeRiggs needs to learn that it’s not a McDonald’s, you don’t get to just say hi and goodbye. It’s not get people in and out. She has to ACTUALLY listen and help the patients. Hopefully she can recieve more training on bedside manner and human empathy, I think she could use a refresher.
