In my few sessions with Joanna, she did not bother to listen to what I had to say. It seemed to be an appointment for Joanna rather than me. While she tried to provide solutions, she did not give me a chance to speak and say why that wouldn’t work for me. Majority of my appointment was spent listening to her tell anecdotal stories. Could you believe she also didn’t know how SSRIs work?? For my first therapy experience, she ruined therapy for me for a while.
