Joel is the first therapist I have worked with who took the time to know me before passing any judgment. By session 3, I knew he was the talk therapist I needed. Now, YEARS later, his is still that same guy but better. As a caregiver, it is hard for me to take care of and be attentive to myself, for myself. Joel has helped me see "ME" not just the me others had painted and narratives I allowed even when far from the truth. In a life of surmounting struggles, I look forward to meeting with Joel because I know by the end of our session, I'll leave with more insights and strategies with accountability to share at our next session. If you need a licensed therapist is just isn't like the reset (in a good way,) try to connect with Joel Winston if he's taking new clients. Trained, educated, expertise, compassion, skilled communicator, empathic and realistic.
